“Giuseppe is so respectful of people, he made what was actually a huge deal seem like it was really OK, if you know what I mean. Nobody got upset, and it was really an ordeal. There was plenty of potential for problems, but he is such a conscientious person, hard worker, and obviously knows what he's doing, both he and Biff, that the whole thing went smoothly, and quickly.
I would not hesitate to use you guys again, under any circumstances, and under the worst of circumstances, you are exactly who I would want by my side! I would send in Giuseppe to deal with ANYONE. He's the best there is with people, and as I said earlier, really really professional and proficient at his job.

I am writing this letter to express my sincerest thanks and gratitude to Mr. Marcovitz and the wonderful Queensview staff for its sagacity in selecting Mr. Giuseppe Vizzi and his team of the "Indoor Environmental Solutions Company" to help save the day for my mother and myself regarding obstructions of our bathroom ventilation system.
Having previously lived in 3 1/2 room apartments, and not knowing anything about bathroom ventilations in 5 1/2 rooms, I had no idea our vents were not in working order, until I had to report second-hand smoke leaking into our living room window from a chronic smokers next door. When Mr. Marcovitz and Vascile Ungureanu came up to our apartment to inspect the hallways, and our apartment for smoke, they noticed that both bathroom vents were not in working order.
On October 6, 2009, the management sent Mr. Vizzi and staff to fix our vents. I was at work at the time, so my near ninety-four year-old mother was left along to attend to a large group of workers, coming in and out of the apartment to fix our vents (we never anticipated the seriousness of the problem). Mr. Vizzi was not only friendly, kind, and caring to my mother, he put my mother at total ease that she was in good hands, even though she was alone in a situation which seemed to her like a copious amount of workers walking in and out of the apartment, fixing, drilling, and blasting! My mother later told me she never saw a man work as hard to fix and finish such a tedious job of clearing the vents as did Mr. Vizzi! He and his team were hard-working and precise in locating the problem and clearing out our vents by the afternoon. When I came home from work, I took the 'tissue test', and sure enough, both vents were circulating air, the tissues were now able to adhere to both vents in each bathroom. Both bathrooms were left in spotless condition!
I cannot tell you how relieved I am to know that the Queensview could hire such a trust-worthy, caring, and professional hard workers as Mr. Vizzi. I immediately called him back that day and thanked him profoundly for taking such good care of my mother, as well as fixing such an arduous and perplexing problem as those bathroom vents!
Bravo to Mr. Vizzi and Queensview for the time and effort and care for my mother and me!
